We have 5 display villages located at Mile End, Murray Bridge, Old Noarlunga, Pooraka and Victor Harbor.
Our display homes are all available for viewing through our Virtual Tours +
Christmas hours: Our Victor Harbor & Old Noarlunga displays will be closed 19th of December and 23rd - 26th of December (inclusive). All other display villages will be closed 1-5pm, 19th of December and 23rd - 26th December (inclusive). All displays are open as usual from Saturday 27th December.
Our head office is closed for the Christmas break from 2pm, Friday 19th December and will reopen 8.30am, Monday 5th January 2026.

The South Australian Govt has recently adopted changes to the National Construction Code (NCC) that will affect all future new home builds. The NCC changes are effective from October 2024 and impose modifications on all standard plans for future compliance and approval. We are in the process of updating our marketing material to reflect the new plans, but in the meantime, some plans and displays may show room configurations or options no longer available in standard plans. Please speak to your consultant for more information.
